Turning a strong offer into a much simpler reason to choose it.

Motorfinity helps frontline and public-service workers access substantial savings on new cars. The offer itself is compelling. The challenge was that years of products, benefits, audiences and messages had made the story harder to understand than it needed to be. People could see what Motorfinity offered, but the brand needed a clearer way of explaining why it mattered and why someone should choose Motorfinity over another route to buying a car.
We started with the audiences: what they care about, what makes buying a car difficult and where Motorfinity genuinely removes friction. That allowed us to simplify the proposition around the value the business creates for people who serve others — combining meaningful savings with expertise, access and support.
We then created a clearer hierarchy of messages and proof, giving Motorfinity a stronger distinction between the central proposition and the reasons to believe it.
Understand what customers really value. Focus the offer around it. Give the organisation a story it can use everywhere.
The thinking was translated into a new brand house, messaging architecture, homepage copy and communications plan — a story that is easier for customers to understand and easier for the Motorfinity team to use consistently across marketing, partnerships and sales.
