The challenge

Private aviation is an increasingly competitive market, with established operators and new entrants all competing for the attention of corporate travellers and high-net-worth individuals.

Arcadia's difference was the highly personal service it provides to every client. The challenge was to create a brand that felt appropriate for that audience and made the experience of dealing with Arcadia as distinctive as the service itself.

The HARPP lens

We focused the brand around the experience Arcadia wanted its clients to have: personal, considered and premium without feeling like another generic luxury aviation brand.

We created a completely new identity, including a new logo and colour palette, with individually named colours inspired by different aspects of aviation.

But the important part was making sure the brand could work beyond the identity itself — creating a distinctive world that Arcadia could carry through the entire client experience.

The idea

Understand the audience. Find what makes the experience distinctive. Build a brand that carries it through every touchpoint.

Putting it to work

We developed the launch and activation plan around the new brand, including a replatformed website, content plan and new social assets.

For key high-net-worth clients, the launch became a physical experience too, with a bespoke branded gift box and passport holder designed to introduce the new Arcadia in a more personal way. We also developed sponsorship activation around exclusive golf resorts and tournaments, taking the brand directly into environments where Arcadia's audience already spends its time.

The result is a brand designed not just to look different, but to make Arcadia feel distinctive at every point a client encounters it.
